American Express Membership Rewards - MR Points Help!

Hi all,

I need to transfer/redeem 107k points out of MR. Any suggestions? We typically fly JetBlue and CO out of NYC. Where do I get the most bang for my buck? Thanks for your time!

you can transfer directly to co point for point.
