American Express Membership Rewards - Does AMEX get wise to the constant changes of linked FF & FG accounts?

Amex allows you to transfer your Membership Rewards points to anyone else's frequent flier account by linking any number of frequent flier accounts to your MR account/card. There does not appear to be any restriction that those accounts need be your own. So technically, to redeem MRs for other people's accounts they need to be linked to your card as stated in the AMEX TCs.

Does AMEX get wise to the constant changes of linked FF and FG accounts? Is it only a matter of time before they limit on this too?

As far as I remember, T&C states that FF or FG account must be in your name. however, it has been reported on this forum that people were successful in transfering points to somebody else's account.
