Radisson goldpoints plus - Elite Members

Just wondering if they send you a new card when you become an elite member, I've been silver for over a month now and nothing has arrived.

I have noticed that even without the card I'm getting upgraded rooms which is nice.

I wish they would add the points quicker, they are bloody slow.

Opposite for my-self. I'm gold, but I never had the chance to receive the card. Nevertheless, always got the gold benefits.
