I'm not using my Delta Skymiles Optima very often since I'm out of the U.S. for two years. AmEx has me marked in a "travel status."
I've only used my card for two billing statements since 12/07. Neither time did the Skymiles transfer to my Delta account.
AmEx, who I feel has the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with, credited me the miles but couldn't explain why they didn't automatically credit. She said the travel status shouldn't matter.
Anyone else experience this?
