American Express Membership Rewards - Price Drop Promotion

I haven't seen anyone post on this, and today's the last day, but this one actually looks like a good deal. Unfortunately, I am not in the market at the moment for an HDTV otherwise I'd probably jump on it. I googled this TV and this is a great price.
