Asiana Club - does Asiana club answer emails?

I wrote to Asiana club a few weeks ago and yet I have not heard from them. I am clarifying something with regards to a mileage posted on my Diamond status. Since I am in Manila, I cannot reach them over their toll free number in the US. Has anyone had any luck being answered by Asiana Club? I have asked their local office here about their email, strangely they told me they dont respond to emails from their preferred members..strange?

anyone had luck contacting them from email?

I've never tried to email them, only I tried to send OZ (not Asiana Club specific) a message via their website but it never displayed a message confirming the message was sent, just it went back to a blank form, so don't know if it worked or not. I never got any email reply to my request.

If you're flying OZ anytime soon and have some extra time at ICN, visit the Asiana Club counter at ICN. They should be able to handle all requests there.

I'm in Korea right now so called the Asiana Club number here and the agent told me they do not have any email. You have to call by phone. She also mentioned using the "contact us" link on their U.S. website, which is what I tried to use before when I sent them a message but not sure if it works or not.

strange though if they dont have any email address or lazy to respond to emails. I have tried the website but apparently it does not send to their proper departments as I have not heard from them since I sent my email. It just refreshed at my end, and thats it...
