I will be flying from ICN to HKG on a 74E in December. Mrs. Chef and I have been assigned seats 2 F and 2 G. According to Seat Guru, they don't exist. Can anybody offer some insight into this?

Asiana didn't confirm winter schedule yet in terms of which aircraft on which route. philphys Sep 27, 08, 2:54 pm Do you have a confirmation code? That should be a set of 6-letter code starting with a C. If you do, try online seat selection from Asiana's website. (I think you need to be a Asiana FF member unless you're a Korean.) Click 'Booking' and then 'Seat Selection' from the main menu. Since you have seats already assigned, you will have to cancel the seat assignment first in order to see the seat map. If you don't see anything better, you can always choose your previous seats back. flying chef Sep 27, 08, 2:58 pm Do you have a confirmation code? So the ticket is from AC. Being an award trip shouldn't matter but the ticket being from AC probably does. Well, you can always try but I have a feeling that it won't work. So that leaves you the option of calling Asiana directly. :( |
