Wyndham Rewards (formerly TripRewards) - How long does Howard take to post miles?

I booked a cheap stay at Howard PDX airport for $56. Would I even get miles for this stay? Also how long does it take to post? its been three weeks.

For my last few stays at any Wyndham property, I've had to request credit. I think there is some sort of glitch in their software.
