Asia - Decent Gym Near Crown Plaza Changi Airport

Hi Team

Will be transiting through Singapore 3-4 times next month and want to try the new CP at the airport (normally stay at the IC in town).

Is there a decent gym near this hotel?

I need dumbells up to 50kg as well as a flat bench and leg press (300kg).

Boxing bags would be nice but not critical.

The first is a commercial operation, the second is a government-operated public gym. Tampines is ~10 min by taxi from the airport.
