I shall be flying LHR/HKG/LHR later and the 2nd leg would be on Global Savers Max. The conditions did not say waht the change-fee is, but what should it be???

Not sure, but probably something like $100 or $200 plus fare difference if there is no availability in your original booking class. Easiest way to find out is to call Air NZ and ask.

Can international fares be changed online?
If so, then that will tell you what the change fee is. NZ doesn't stipulate what they change fee is on their website, only that there is one. Fare difference may also be applicable. Any changes that can't be done online will incur a NZ$50 service fee per person per one way journey.
