Can't use points for SQ F on the A380.

you can redeem for EK and QF via partners.

you can do unrestricted awards for SQ A380 J, same as other new J/F. but there are no R awards yet.

I don't know if this info will still help you but I just redeemed 2 awards for a flight from JFK - DXB - CPT, JNB-DXB-JFK vía Continental's One Pass using 120K each on C class. There is plenty of availability altough it might take you a few phonecalls to Continental since availability is confirmed in 24 hours and not everyone is readily available to help doing the Emirates flights on Continental.
