Hoping for some insight... does anyone know if I use MR points to pay for airfare on CO if I still earn OnePass Miles?

thanks for any help!

It depends on the fare code. If the ticket purchased has a fare code that is eligible for miles you'll get credit.

Previous poster is correct. Usually you get the miles.

Yes, you will earn miles. It will show up in Co system as a Revenue ticket.

However, it would be more beneficial just to transfer miles into Onepass account and use it for the Reward Travel.

I have never seen a cost in miles that was not just ridiculous. For instance, I posted just recently a question about getting NYC-SYD BC using MR in some way. I determined that I could probably do it with relatively little difficulty with 320k miles, max. When I priced it through the MR site using "Buy with miles," it came up at 1.6 million points. Even if a point's only worth at most a penny, that's still more than bust-out retail to just buy the J ticket.

Correct. Unless you can find a ridiculously cheap ticket that cannot be redeemed for a regular reward price for some reason using MR points to pay for a revenue ticket is generally a very bad value proposition.

But if you do choose to go that route it will be a normal revenue ticket and you will get credit based on whatever fare bucket it is booked in to.
