TWA FFB/Aviators - I posted this in AA - thought I would give this a try - STL-Gatwick in Business

We were able to secure upgrades to business out of LAX to London via STL. Has anyone had any recent experience with the service - what are the seats like, seats to avoid, any helpful hints. I can hold out for AA metal to LHR - but as we are making a transit to Italy either airport works for us. Many thanks in advance for your help.
