TWA FFB/Aviators - Miles for registering for Aviators Shop Smart

Has anyone else had problems getting the 100 bonus miles for registering for shop smart? It's been over 10 weeks (the time they tell you to wait) and they haven't posted yet, and so far after several communications email communications they can't find my registration. (Luckily, I still have the confirmation email they sent me right after I registered.) I'd like to get this done so I can transfer the miles to AA. Has anyone had this problem, and what did they do to solve it? thx lostshark

I too registered with them - back on on 9/2 and have not seen the miles post. I have a feeling that is one post I will never see.

Well, after 5 or 6 emails and 3 phone calls, i finally have an acknowledgement that i'm owed the 100 miles and that they've told Aviators to add the miles to my account "asap." This is progress. I think. tls
