Living in St. Louis, I honestly now feel like we have the worst of both worlds in terms of the TWA/AA merger right now.
My first gripe is that Net SAAver fares are not useless to me since they exclude codeshare flights and all AA flights out of STL are TWA codeshares.
Tonight, I try to book an award ticket under the 15,000 mile reduced rate which currently exists only to find out:
1) TWA doesn't offer the reduced rate awards
and
2) AA offers them but only on AA/TW codeshare flights which, of course, the route I want (STL-BDL) is not codeshared.
I'm rapidly becoming disenchanted.
