I use keypass (http://keepass.info/) for all the numbers, logins, and PW's.
I have a bunch of different Flyertalkers spreadsheets on my site- link in my sig.

If you use a spreadsheet and keypass you have access to all the info when you're offline, for example when you're airborne (at least till the planes all get wifi).

Other possibilities are:

Webbased:
www.mileagemanager.com/render.php (paid service, one month free)
www.mileagemanager.com/forbes.php (same, but free)
www.awardwallet.com (free)

Locally:
http://www.usatoday.deskport.biz/ MileTracker (free)
http://mileport.com/ MilePort (free)
http://www.deskport.biz/ Deskport including MileTracker (free)

Althought the last three are almost the same in miletracking,. there are some differences. Deskport (the last one) has much more to offer then only the miletracker, but see for yourself.
They are all build through the same company, but unfortunately becoming more and more outdated. Not long ago they announced they are building some new program/site, so that's causing the delay in updating. Before that is was updated frequently, but unfortunately not at this time, so it depends on your programs which will work and which isn't. It even differs from the 3 programs itself.

I have used "Chase Online Plus" for many years. You can also use it for all your credit cards and bank accounts (Chase and non-Chase). It helps avoid late fees.

The webbased should be, the others not.

Another site I recently discovered:
www.pageonce.com

Chase uses a branded version of the Yodlee portal just like Bank of America IIRC.

Fidelity Investments gives you access to Full View. Similar to Chase and BofA (I suspect), it's a private labeled version of Yodlee. In think many other institutions use it.

The only problem with using it recently is that I need to quickly click on the link before my balances are refreshed on the screen. Otherwise I get depressed and physically sick...
