TWA FFB/Aviators - What can I do with 2 Intl upgrades???

I have 2 electronic upgrade certs and no chance of using them in the forseeable future. Any idea of what to do with them or what they become in AAdvantage?

I would simply forget about them, they don't do you much good anyway. They were highly restricted, usable only for Y and B ($400) fares. I would imagine these will not in any way transfer into usable things in AAdvantage.
