I made a large purchase and wont be reimbursed in time by my company. I called to activate the "club activator" and was advised I dont have it on my DC CB card, never had it and cant get it apparently.
I asked her to verify that it was on my "Professional" DC card, nope, I dont have Club Activator there either and "never did." Well, I did. It appears it's now gone...
Any insight on this?
