Diners Club Club Rewards - Re Diners Club, Club Activator

I made a large purchase and wont be reimbursed in time by my company. I called to activate the "club activator" and was advised I dont have it on my DC CB card, never had it and cant get it apparently.
I asked her to verify that it was on my "Professional" DC card, nope, I dont have Club Activator there either and "never did." Well, I did. It appears it's now gone...

Any insight on this?

This time I was advised by DC rep that my Professional DC card has "Club Plus" and my CB does not. The Club Plus allows card holders to extend payment.

This rep never heard of Club Activator and inquired with her supervisor. Club Plus (formerly known as Club Activator) can not be added to cards at this time nor to older cards unless it was set up when first established.

I was in the same situation as you (awaiting a large re-imbursement that hadn't come through) and had to use my Club Plus for the first time since I had the card - ~10 years. Mine was set up when I got the card though.
