I am flying a 750 mile trip on TWA. I want to fly First Class and pay the cheapest fare around. If anyone has an extra 60,000 Miles , I am willing to trade or buy.

You didn't hear it from me but go over to ebay and type in 'TWA Class' in the search field.
Also, for such a short trip you might want to try buying a coach ticket and upgrading at checkin. TWA sells upgrades on the day of departure (space available) for something on the order of $25 to $50 one-way for a 750 mile trip.
