TWA FFB/Aviators - how to clear up award seats on twa??

hi everyone,

does anyone know any successful methods of getting twa's inventory control to open up some award seats on flights that have already been sold out in award categories?

i currently hold a 2 segment routing, only 1 of which is currently available. they've booked me on that leg, and placed me on the waitlist for the 2nd leg. i don't know if it will ever clear up, and i will have to buy a ticket from someplace if it doesn't.

i'm trying to go from jfk to cairo in july, and coming back in august, in economy class.
