TWA FFB/Aviators - Plat Amex - American Club Access after Merger?

I am considering obtaining a platnium american express card. The biggest benefit for me would be the free access to the airline lounges. Maybe this question has been asked/answered before - so I apologize for my tardiness - my understanding is that currently, the platnium card will get you into Continental, NW and TWA lounges. Once the merger occurs, will Admirals' Clubs be available instead?

This leaves a hole in Amex's program. Since they pulled out of the Membership Rewards program I assume they are out of the club progam
