Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - BMI miles - how long to credit to M&M

I know this is a bit of a long shot but I was wondering if anyone has flown on BD and how long it took for the miles to appear on M&M?

Not long, maybe 2-4 days. Haven't done it for a few months though so can't quite remember.

Had a couple this year and it happened within a week.

Usually within a week.
But, once it took more than two weeks.
