Looks like tomorrow could be a big day -- then I guess the justice Dept. needs to approve, which I can't image will be a stumbling block, but you never know.

CNNFn has said that the judge has not yet ruled on the Karabu agreement.

freakflyer -- Apparently, CNNfn has not updated their report yet. Reuters report (see the link in my previous post) contains the latest information so far. Judge Walsh issued his ruling for Karabu a few minutes later and separately from the general AA/TWA ruling.
