Ladies and Gents,

KA integration into CX and OW is well underway. However, due to the special nature of many KA routes, differences in seats and catering and several other aspects: Should a separate Dragonair subforum be set up as part of the Cathay emporium?

I'm not that familiar with Flyertalk "politics" but suppose a petition can be set for the Talkboard to chew on?

Personally I don't see the need any more than there is a need for, say, an American Eagle subforum for AA.

And bear in mind that the forums are defined to be about FF programmes, not about specific airlines per se.

Agreed, but we do have cases in FT, for example with AF-KLM's Flying Blue, where there is a common FFP program, but sub-forums for the two airlines, AF and KLM.

I believe there is something similar for the Lufthansa group too -- one FFP, but sub-forums for the multiple group airlines (LH, LX, now perhaps OS).

So completely not out of the realm of possibility to have a separate Dragonair subforum if we really wanted it, it would appear?
