no consistency whatsoever....in fact diamond doesn't count for much at any BW in the world....if you even manage to get an upgrade (unlikely unless you've paid a very high rate) the "upgraded room" will make you wonder how bad or small (or both) the regular rooms are...
-for any other benefits, you'd better bring a printed gold crown club brochure with you as half of BW reception staff won't even know what you're babbling on about.
The only "guaranteed" benefit is extra bonus points which are LESS if you have a registered address in Europe and MORE if you have a registered address in the USA.
