Can anyone tell me about the CX or OW lounges at Bangkok (BKK) airport? I might have a five hour layover starting mid-day. Separate F area? WiFi? Food?

The QF First lounge is the best OW BKK lounge. Following is the QF Business lounge (completely separate to the First lounge). They both have showers, food, computers and plenty of seating. The CX lounge is a distant third - it has no showers (use the public facilities outside) but has good computer access and food (but less choice / options than either of the QF lounges).
The QF F lounge has restricted hours compared to the Biz lounge. The F lounge opens at 1430 IIRC.

AFAIK - Yes (you will be on a OW carrier?). If it is closed, the QF J lounge will be happy to welcome you. All 3 lounges (QF F, QF J and CX are in the same G concourse area just before security - you have to go down the escalators from the main shopping level.
