Hilton HHonors - Need Help Planning LHR transfers

Arriving into LHR from Athens on BA. Need to know which terminal BA would be arriving at, and how best to get to the LHR Hilton. Next am, how to get to AA departure terminal ? for DFW from the Hilton. Thanks for any help. (Did many searches, but I could not find the answers)

I think that you'll come into terminal 5. I'm not sure though as BA is in the process of transferring flights to T5. If you go to their webpage you'll find the information.

In terms of getting to the Hilton. I believe that there is a shuttle that will take you (a call to the hotel can confirm - I know there is a shuttle TO T5 from the Hilton). The other alternative is to transfer to T4 and then walk to the hotel.

In terms of getting to T3 the next morning you'll walk back over to T4, take the elevators on the left down to the train, when you come out the other side of the elevator go straight and then to the right - as you walk down that hallway you will go off to the LEFT to get onto the Heathrow Express and get off at Heathrow Central (I believe thats the name of the stop - its one stop and there are several announcement with lots of people with baggage also getting off :p). The you'll have a short walk to T3 - at least your not going out of T2 which is about a mile walk!!

Hope that helps - tough to remember the details of some things that you've done several times and no longer pay attention to - call the hotel and they'll tell you whether the shuttle picks people up.

Athens is served by terminal 5. Once you have cleared passport control, walk out of the terminal building to the bus stops. There is a sign for the free hilton courtesy bus which I think is post 23. The bus runs every 30 minutes, and is free to the hotel taking about 10 minutes. This is usually the quickest option.
If not you could follow the signs in T5 for the Heathrow express. Hop on the train from terminal 5 to 4 which is free. When in Terminal 4 follow the signs to the Hilton hotel, which is connected to terminal 4 by a covered walkway.

I have forgotton which terminal AA flies out of, so cannot help you there.
