I travelled on a dozen BA flights over the past month and wanted to credit these miles to another Oneworld accoutn and not my DM. However I didn't have the FFP No with me so I asked them to take out my CXFFP and leave it blank.
I asked them to reprint the BP and the CXFFP is gone.
However I just logged on my MPO page today and noted that they have credited all the BA flights to the CX account!
I think you have to ask BA res to actually WIPE out all FFP records to ensure it doesn't automatically credit it to the FFP in the PNR (despite they removed it in the DCS)

Blame BA's computers on this. Their system 'remembers' the first FFP you add to the res irrespective of what is printed on your BP.

Yes it is Amedeaus that is playing up, so for others who want to aoid the hassle to rectify the incorrect credit, make sure you ask BA/QF/AA etc.. the completly WIPE out the FFP off the PNR. However it will potentially cause issue such as ASR as BA only allows status pax to preassign seating in non full fare class. (except maybe A)

That has been my experience as well. Book with FFP 1, and if you ask agents to put FFP 2 instead in your booking at checkin and then check your BP to confirm that FFP 2 is the one 'in your record' ... more likely than not you'll have miles (mis)credited to FFP 1.
I had thought that if BAEC were FFP 2, that my BAEC number would override that of a OW partner's FFP. I was wrong.

So next time you do a BA booking. Do NOT put in any FFP # on it till you get to the airport.

Not advisable if you want to select your seats ahead of OLCI.
I also had a similar experience a few months ago. Flew BA and my travel agent had my MPO number in automaticallly. Asked at check-in to take the CX MPO number out, verified there's nothing on the BP, and yet the BA flight still get credited to the CX account. Fortunately it only took a quick call to MPO to get this flight removed from my account.
