Hilton HHonors - Almost came to blows in Puerto Rico

I am currently staying at the Hilton Caribe in Puerto Rico. Early this a.m 0230 I was awakened by doors slamming, loud talking, and an argument on the 10th floor exec level. There was a party going on and it got out of control. Security was called up and was trying to get control of the situation before I placed a call. There was a family that booked 4 rooms on different levels of the exec level and brought outside guests in. I came to the door and asked security and the party to please take it into the room (stupid I know). One of the party members, a man, got all up in my personal space. My boyfriend who asked me not to get involved came to the door in my defense and had words with him. He called my boyfriend a ...... (boyfriend is white) and started flexing his beer muscles. Then a woman with a beer bottle threatened to kick my ... while raising the bottle at me. Security pushed them back and got us back in the room. The police were called in. After a while all calmed down and we could hear them still passing between rooms while calling me a b#%ch. I could not sleep of course because I felt unsafe after that. This morning I got up to speak with the manager, Blade Delarosa, he told me that he had a full report and planned on moving us because he understood that we did not come on vacation to end up in the hospital or jail. He immediately moved us to the presidential suite and reassured us that if anyone in the family so much as looked at us wrong they would be gone. So as I sit here in the presidential suite the only complaint that I have is that these people didn't act up on the first night that we arrived - I have one night left. I would have been happy to move anywhere in the hotel (exec still of course) so for the manager to go out of his way to keep us happy showed that they value me as a customer. Hilton Caribe Puerto Rico gets a gold star and I am very satisfied. By the way we have had beautiful weather, missed the storms only some rain today and overcast, hotel is clean and well kept. The hotel staff has been wonderful especially William in the executive lounge.

Good for the manager, but why isn't the fighting family gone right now?

The daytime manager Blade said that he would have got rid of the whole family when it all took place but I guess the night manager did not feel the same. What really made me come out of my room is that the staff was pleading with the family to keep it quiet and to go in the rooms and there were people screaming that they would talk as loud as they pleased. I felt that the staff was being way too patient with them.

That is my thought.
