I just received an email from Air New Zealand, telling me my flights had changed, and to visit the website link included.
I have 2 options; Yes this change suits me, or No it doesnt.
If I click No, it says please contact Air New Zealand for change. Yes, well you know the drill.
I havnt called Air NZ, but what are my rights in this situation? Am I allowed to change my flight, have the flight cancelled and its value stored in credit?
