While redeeming a bump coupon today an unexpected glitch caused a major problem with redemption. Luckily a very friendly and professional station manager took a personal interest and made what could have been a terrible situation an easily resolved small bump in the road.
This was only my second encounter with Frontier so I was very impressed.
