I've had 5 trans-tasman round trips in the past 3 weeks so I think I can no longer consider a few changes I've noticed as abberrations.

- no FSM greeting any more
- no newspaper if in economy
- no express immigration arrival cards (in business or in economy)

The last one is the major one for me. The express cards typically save 30-60 minutes on arrival in Australia, especially early morning.

I flew NZ703 3 weeks ago and we got the arrirval card.....very handy I must say.

Were you flying Zeal or mainline NZ?

All of my recent flights to Australia on NZ have been Zeal (A320). However most of my recent flights back to NZ have been mainline (a mix of 767, 747 and 777).

Very annoying to have to spend that extra time without achieving anything. I wonder if it's a new policy or due to the specific flights you were on?

5 round-trips trans-tasman (on various routes) - seems a bit too much to be an abberration.
