Chase Ultimate Rewards - Q about Chase Points for Setting Up Electronic Payments Etc.

The Chase Priority Club Visa card is offering 2,500 Priority Club points for setting up electronic payments, 2,500 for adding an additional user, 2,500 for paperless statements, and 2,500 more for all 3. I already have electronic payments set up on the card, so how do I get the full 10K? With Chase, can I cancel and then re-implement those payments to get the bonus? If so, how long of a waiting period - one statement cycle? Changes in the card (what type?) are said to "void the bonus."
