Cruises - Need unusual cruise Caribbean, Panama, South America

I will be in Orlando October 26th, instead of heading home, my husband and I would like to head somewhere unusual on a cruise. It looks like Windjammer is out of business, if it isn't let me know, but I couldn't pull up a website. We have done the Eastern, Western and Southern Caribbean cruises. Maybe something towards Panama or South America. We can depart from Orlando, Miami, or head to somewhere like San Juan for a departure there.
Freighter cruises and Sea Kayak cruises would also be cool.

Not really worried about budget, If it's too expensive for us to take now, I will log it away in my "want to do this someday" file. Trouble I'm having is we can't leave until October 26th or 27th, and we need to be back by November 8th or 9th.

Let's see, the OP mentions Windjammer, freighters, unusual, etc. That would be the first clue. Other than doing a charter, you might be out of luck.

Your time parameters are really very slim, but I went to www.vacationstogo.com, selected "Find a Bargain", used Oct/Nov sailing out of Florida with Panama Canal as a port to visit and came up with several possibilities.
