Hertz - Discount Code Query

Advice please.

Planning a trip to the USA. Came across Discount Code 504335. Have checked on Hertz website and it gives a 15% reduction on rental.

If I book on-line will I be asked for any form of identification to confirm that I am eligible for this rate?

Have checked a number of the coupon codes listed but when I enter them on the Hertz website I get the following error message:

Not all requirements for the Promotion Coupon requested have been met.

Suspect code 504335 might be as good as I'll get but still need to know if I would be asked for any ID when I collect the car to prove that I was eligible for the discount.

Any thoughts?

Hertz are always entitled to ask for proof that you are entitled to use CDP discount code, should you not be able to provide this, we are within our rights to not honour rate booked and / or refuse to rent to you. This code is for use by members of this organisation.

What coupon are you trying to use? What days of the week do you plan on renting?
