Suggestions - Way to make a multi-page thread one page for printing?

Is there a way to get a "print" view for a multi-page thread?

For example, if I want to print out the contents of a 4 page thread, instead of having to print each page separately, is there some link to click on (or something else entirely) that will make that thread (and that one only) one page for printing purposes?

This isn't a perfect solution, but the archived version of the threads display 250 posts per page, as opposed to up to 40 on the regular version. So, if the thread doesn't contain more than 250 posts, all the posts would be listed on one web page (and if it is more than 250 posts, you would still have fewer pages to print).

previous questions gone unanswered because there isn't one? looks like the archive trick is the closest thing to a single page. at leat the pdf conversion is easier from there!
