Hi I was just wondering about what I could expect from going CHC- AKL return in September. Is it free meals, drinks??? It is around midday early afternoon.
Are these flights usually full in September at around that time?
Thanks

You'll get free tea/coffee and water, don't think AirNZ does meals on any domestic flights any more. Flights are generally reasonably full most of the time.

Second time to post this! I hate Telecom "broadband"
At that time of day you will get a choice of a small bag of cassava chips, banana chips or mixed lollies (jet planes and pineapple lumps). Drinks will be tea, Gravity plunger coffee, or water. The free wine, beer or L&P is part of Koru Hour which is after 4:30.
Flights at mdday can be emptier, one CHC-WLG flight had just under 20 pax.:o

Welcome to Flyer Talk TAZ MAN :)
If you have access to the koru club (eg star alliance gold status) then you can have food and drink there before departure.

I don't drink tea but the coffee is foul!
Water is OK. ;)

The coffee is pretty good on mainline (hasn't always been the case), although Q300 and ATR flights are a different matter.

Indeed Q300 coffee really sucks...
