A holiday flight to Portugal was delayed by over six hours on Sunday when a female cabin crew member turned up drunk and had to be arrested.
Nearly 140 passengers were forced to wait at the Aberdeen Airport for the flight that was to take them to Faro, in Portugal.
The BMI flight was scheduled to depart at 9:00 am, but sources reported that other members of the cabin crew were concerned when they noticed that their 24-year-old seemed to have had too much to drink.

She had better been sacked.

If I had been on a flight that was delayed 6 hours because an employee showed up for work sauced, I'd demand her head on a pike.

I would say not a "poor lady," but poor judgment on her part! Showing up to work drunk!
