Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Car rental needed, Sevilla to Lisbon

I will be in Sevilla, Spain in September and need to rent a car to drive along the Algarve coast in Portugal, and return the car to Lisbon about 5 days later.

Any advice on rental agencies, type of car (4 people w/luggage), how to arrange?
