Just last week I rented a mid size sedan at the San Diego airport. First of all, the interior was filthy. I don't mean with trash or other garbage, but the front and rear seats were unbelieveably stained. :td:
Second, the car had 31432 miles on it! I don't expect a brand new car with every rental, but I also don't expect a car with 31432 miles on it either.
I did send a complaint to Hertz by e-mail and also filled out the online customer service survey after the rental was completed. Byt has anyone else experienced this at San Diego, or was this just some bad luck for me?
BTW, it was late and I was tired and didn't want to deal with getting another car so that's why I didn't return it right then and there.
