I wonder if anyone can explain something for me.
I use Hertz Gold 1, for about 4 rentals over say 75 days each year, for vacations in California, travelling from the UK.
1) I could usually make a reservation without inclusive insurances. Now I cannot get one at all online.
2) Also, this time I have booked a Audi A4 cabriolet. It is a prestige car and is I think, the only one offered. I am just a little nervous as to it not being there on the night. I have had it reserved for 8 weeks now. The booking has a caveat of something like, or closest car. As there isn't another cabriolet am I safe?
