Hertz - New #1 Club Gold card for 5* or PC?

I'm currently a 5* and on the cusp of making PC. I never received a new #1 Club Gold card when I hit 5*. Will I get one when I hit PC?

You might want to give them a call. Take a look at the postings above in the thread named "Hertz rental levels explained" at the top of the list. It has several postings from people saying they had to call to get their level changed once they had enough rentals. It seems it does not happen automatically unless you wait until the end of the year. But a quick phone call to the right number (in those posts) and it seems your status will be changed immediately.
