In Outlook, start a new message, then click "Options." Under Delivery options, check the "Do not deliver before" and fill in the form.

When you hit send, the message will then sit in your Outbox until the designated time, at which point it'll be delivered.

Note that this requires the Outlook client to remain open and on-line as it is a client-side rule.

If it's simply an email to send to yourself, you can set up an appointment in Google calendar, and tick it to send you a reminder (and the text will be whatever you have in the appointment field) x hours/days before the event.

I used to love being able to scheduler emails in Eudora (I use thunderbird now). I always thought I must be an uber edge user as otherwise surely gmail et al would support this feature.
