Southwest Rapid Rewards - How to check on Rapid Rewards points?

SW used to send out a card telling you how many flights/ points you accumulated. Did they stopprd doing this? Is there a website or easy way to check my status?

Try this website to check your account status online. As is usual with SW, it's the easiest and most effective of any of the airlines.

You'll need to assign yourself a password according to your RR number and then your ready to go.

It just took me a total of 80 seconds from start to finish to receive all the pertinent account information and that included dialing time, ringing time and the prompts.
