Hi,
My nephew is flying London (Luton) to Tel Aviv on Thomsonfly in a few weeks' time. A couple of questions...
1. I know they have no complimentary food/snacks. Do they give you drinks (water) for free?
2. How crowded/disorganised does the check-in/boarding get? Should he expect something like easyJet/Ryanair?
3. He was told by his school (it's an organised summer activity trip) that he can check in 1 piece of luggage up to 16kg, though the website indicates only 10kg hand luggage. What is the actual luggage allowance? Or do you have to pay for checked luggage like easyjet/Ryanair?
4. The return flight is a red-eye... do they have a pillow and a blanket, and if not, at least will they turn off the light?
