Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Alamo at BOS

I have a two week rental scheduled for BOS later September - early October. I was wondering if anyone had any experience renting at BOS; I have read that the car rental counters are off-site due to construction, but wondered about general things like length of wait for bus, Quiksilver/Kiosk at new site, customer service, etc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Dropped off at BOS the other day (we had picked up downtown). So couldn't comment on pickup but drop-off was slick. The site isn't what I'd call off-airport (unlike the Thrifty site) but it's a bus transfer. The road outside the depot seems to get clogged up with taxis and it took a good few minutes to get out, but then no problem. I'd say don't worry too much about the counter location.
