I made a reservation last week. The fare has gone down fifty dollars. I called JetBlue, they confirmed the change in fare and credited my account the fifty dollars towards a future flight.
Thank you to the members of this forum that have mentioned this in the past.

Thanks for the confirmation, I have a flight in September and I'm watching it to see if it goes down

We did know that, but in the wake of recent fee changes, there was some confusion during recent months. At one point, the $40 rebooking fee was charged, then we were not positive if the new $100 fee would be charged, but it has since been waived to honor a fare difference.
Glad to hear the info I found out turned out to be true! Just another example of how JetBlue is trying to accomodate customers during these very difficult times ^

I had a fare drop by $40 * 2 tickets and I called earlier this week. At first, the customer svc rep thought there might be a change fee (thus negating the savings), but after quickly looking something up, she realized that honoring a lower fare was once again free, and issued an $80 credit toward future travel.

Have anyone successfully get a credit for a lower fare when the original purchase was with a coupon or the AMEX discount?
I called in once but the rep said no, can't do:(
