Starwood Preferred Guest - Limit of Convert Points to Air Miles

On their web site, they say

"With American Airlines, you can transfer up to 79,999 of your Starpoints® into AAdvantage® Miles at a 1-to-1 ratio. And for every 20,000 Starpoints transferred within the same transaction you'll earn 5,000 bonus Starpoints, which will be automatically added to your transfer up to a maximum of 94,999 miles per eligible transfer."

"Transfer maximums are based on a combination of member Starpoints and the Starwood Preferred Guest airline transfer transaction bonus. Only one airline transfer transaction per member per program per 24 hour period is allowed; multiple transfer transactions within the same 24 hour period will reject."

Does this mean that the limit of ONE transaction is 79,999 ?

If you have 300,000points which you want to transfer to AA miles, do you just transfer 60,000 points in one day and keep doing same thing five times to get total 375,000 AA miles ?

I don't understand well, even though I read the explanation in my language.

You can't exceed the daily limit of 79,999 Starpoints, so multiple transfers would have to be made if you want to transfer 300,000 Starpoints to American Airlines AAdvantage. Also, it isn't just a daily restriction...be sure that the transfers are done > 24 hours than the previous one.

How long does it take for the spg converted miles to show up in your airline miles?

seems like you should limit to 60,000 per transfer or you won't get all of the 5,000 bonuses...

Right. If you exceed 60k at once, you'll get a bonus on only 60k.
