OK, so I booked some award travel from AUS to BRS a few months back. The segments are as follows:

AUS-ORD-DTW on UA; DTW-FRA-BRS on LH; BRS-FRA-DTW on LH; DTW-ORD-AUS on UA...

When I look at the reservation on checkmytrip.com., the first segment (AUS-ORD) doesn't appear, but all the others seem fine. When I talk to UA, they can see that segment, BUT they can't see the BRS-FRA segment. So basically, all the segments appear in some form in some system somewhere, but they never appear all together in the same place. Should I be worried? If so, how can I fix this issue?

Are you unable to bring it up on usairways.com? I know from my own experience that sometimes partner awards can be pulled up, sometimes not. Sometimes one minute/day they will, the next minute/day they won't. It's frustrating. If the ticket is electronic, keep trying, as you may get lucky.

I would call US and ask them to verify that the itinerary, segment-by-segment is still in order -- and ask them to e-mail you a copy.

I would check usairways.com. The problem you are experiencing is common - the airline(s) in question only show their own flights and a flight you are connecting to/from. So that might explain why neither source has all your flights. But as mentioned above, USAirways should have them all.

I reported havin troubles with viewing non-US *A partner itineraries on US.com a few months back. Problems are still there. An agent even tried to clear up the record so I can check in online but she couldn't.

At any rate, my remaining itinerary is with 3 *A partners. Checking the 1st partner's website, I see that there is an extra flight in a 2nd partner that US doesn't have any record of! Something weird goes on.
