Looks like a single plane will be doing the RSW and PBI flights, so I'd expect the on-time performance of the RSW to be lower, considering potential for issues in getting back in to IAD in the afternoon. Then again, there shouldn't be too many thunder storms in the winter, so who knows.

IAD-PBI will be handy for me. ^ United bugs out of PBI and B6 moves in.

Yes, it was reinstated from IAD-PBI but, B6 has swapped from PBI to MCO by few years ago. That's why B6 has came back for IAD-PBI. I knows when UA will be pulled out of PBI is completely done. I'm sure the loads will done quite very well for IAD-PBI.

Also, IAD-SJU will be operated for Saturday only instead of dailies flight. It was just normally winter seasonal 2008-2009. I'm sure B6 will done performing extremely very well.

Walking through IAD the other day I saw AA's SJU flight getting ready to leave, since they are now in our terminal, and I wondered if there was really a market for that flight (especially a 757) and if their was why we didn't fly it as we are expanding SJU. Well looks like the company read my mind! All of our SJU flights are extremely popular so I don't doubt this one will see the same success! Hopefully!

I think the other additions are based on UA's withdrawl from those markets. I bet FLL will also see an increase, maybe an ORD flight! :D

I could see ORD-SJU as the next logical destination to SJU. In fact, I would have put it as more probable than IAD. Maybe it comes down to gate space issue. Any insight into the Saturday-only service? It can hardly add(or take) that much to(from) the bottom line. It will be hard to find a following IMO.

AA is pulling their IAD-SJU service but not their ORD-SJU service. I would think that makes the IAD option more compelling.

That makes sense, but then why not come into it offering at least 4 weekly rather than a nearly unsearchable Saturday only service?

Of the three new routes from IAD, this one is the only one not explicitly stated to be seasonal. Year-round Saturday-only service?
